Duration: The position is initially for one year. After that, position will be reviewed and likely to be extended further based on the performance of the candidate.

Job description:

• Maintain files and documents and save them in cloud (Google drive/One drive), so they remain updated and easily accessible in online
• These can be printout maintain files.
• Reply to emails and coordinate with admin body
• Answers the phone call to take the messages or redirect to calls to appropriate higher authority
• Microsoft word document typing, Power point presentation making, Official letter processing, Computer bill processing etc.
• Assist in office management and organization procedures

Minimum Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/M.Tech of any disciplene

Desirable Experience: Fluent in Hindi and English speaking, computer proficiency, specially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), basic knowledge in accountancy (Tally). Preference will be given to experienced candidate.
